Welcome to Picklist.ng. 

Picklist.ng is a multi-vendor service booking platform that connects customers with independent service providers ("Vendors" or "Service Providers"). By accessing or using Picklist.ng, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

Customer/User: Any individual or entity that accesses or uses Picklist.ng to search, book, or pay for services.

Vendor/Service Provider: Any individual or business that offers services on Picklist.ng.

Services: Any service listed, offered, or booked through the Platform.

Booking: A confirmed request by a Customer for a Vendor’s service through Picklist.ng.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Picklist.ng. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Nigerian law.

3. Nature of the Platform

Picklist.ng acts solely as a technology intermediary. We do not provide services ourselves and are not an employer, agent, or partner of any Vendor. All services are provided directly by independent Vendors.

4. Account Registration

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Picklist.ng is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

5. Vendor Obligations

Vendors agree to:

Provide accurate service descriptions, pricing, and availability.

Deliver services professionally, lawfully, and as agreed with Customers.

Hold all necessary licenses, permits, and qualifications.

Comply with all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations.

Picklist.ng reserves the right to suspend or remove Vendors who violate these Terms.

6. Booking and Payments

Prices are set by Vendors and may include platform service fees.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways.

Picklist.ng does not store sensitive payment information.

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment (where applicable).

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by individual Vendors.

Picklist.ng may assist in dispute resolution but is not obligated to issue refunds.

Platform service fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Ratings and Reviews

Customers may leave honest reviews based on actual experiences.

Reviews must not be false, abusive, defamatory, or misleading.

Picklist.ng reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.

Post false, misleading, or harmful content.

Harass, abuse, or threaten Vendors or other Users.

Attempt to bypass the Platform for transactions after initial contact.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Picklist.ng, including logos, designs, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to Picklist.ng. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Picklist.ng is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Vendors.

We are not responsible for losses, damages, or disputes arising between Customers and Vendors.

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to Picklist.ng for the specific transaction.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Picklist.ng, its directors, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Suspension and Termination

Picklist.ng reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice if these Terms are violated or if misuse of the Platform is suspected.

14. Privacy

Your use of Picklist.ng is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

15. Modifications to Terms

Picklist.ng may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
